His career started at Deceuninck Belgium, working in Europe and 10 years as expatriate in the USA.

Along the way, he had the opportunity to personally manage all aspects of the business : Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, Product Development, M&A, HR, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience.
He developed the skills to connect the dots and adapt his insights to the specific needs of a company.

His current focus is to mentor business leaders on their journey to build a well-governed company towards long term success.
